Store Policy

L ost / Stolen

We are not responsible for packages that are stolen or lost once they have been scanned by INTERNATIONAL COURIER. If a package has been marked "Delivered" but has not been received by the recipient, it typically shows up within 3-4 days. If it still has been stolen or lost by INTERNATIONAL COURIER, please contact us at Vintagecandlesph@gmail.com and we will give the necessary information for you to file a claim with COURIER. However, we cannot refund products

Return / Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges of unopened or unused products within 7 days of the item being delivered. We do not refund purchases in which the product isn't to your liking or expectation. If you're experiencing an issue or receive a damaged item, please reach out within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos with detailed description so we can determine how to best help you. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value

Items must be shipped back within 14 days of delivery. Reach out us, please include your order # and shipment tracking if issue is shipping related.
